Click HEREto cancel your registration utilizing the reference number in your confirmation email. Registrants who booked will receive a full refund of the registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee, on cancellations made on or before February 7, 2020. No refunds will be made for special offer registrations made in 2019. All registrants may transfer registration to another individual in such registrant’s organization until February 7, 2020; substitutions made after that date are subject to a $100 processing fee.
Registrants are responsible for canceling their hotel reservations and any other incidental costs. In the unlikely event this program is canceled, Lenders One will refund 100% of the registration fees paid. Lenders One disclaims all liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties, or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
